Botany Bay Exclusives Antiseptic Ointment can be used
singularly or when used with pure Tea Tree Oil creates a
synergistic action that assures fast and soothing relief for abused skin.
This is a 100% pure and natural product with no chemical
stabilizers or thickening agents added.
To preserve the texture of the ointment, do not stir it or expose it
to heaat. If you notice any thinning or melting, refrigerate until consistance
forms.

Tea Tree Oil..........5%
Eucalyptus Oil....2.5%
In a Base Of:
Oak Bark.....Has antiseptic and stringent properties. Oak Bark
has often been used to disenfect wounds and sores. The astrigent or tightening
property of Oak Bark also helps take down the swelling which occurs whenever
there has been trauma to the tissues.
Lobelia.....Is often used as part of herbal combinations as a
catalyst to make the actions of the other herbs stonger and more effective. It
is said to lead other herbs to where they are needed and help them act
together as a group.
Comfrey Root and Leaves.....Contains .8 to 1.0% allantoin, a
substance which is known to encourage the proliferation of cells. Allantoin is
also a natural part of the fetal development process and is found in breast
milk, where it helps the baby to grow. The presence of allantoin along with
good quantities of calcium, B-12, and protein building substances gives
Comfrey a profound ability to rebuild tissues.
Marshmallow Root.....Used in many countries and by many different
cultures for its emollient coating and soothing qualities. It is one of the
best herbs for preventing and healing gangrene. Because of these qualities, it
is often called "Mortification Root".
Mullein Leaves.....A natural pain killer. Contains a glycoside
called Verbascose which has strong antiseptic and healing effects when
applied externally.
Skullcap Leaves.....Used to calm and repair the nervous system.
Contains silicon, which is found in connective tissues, including those in the
nervous system. Silicon is very important in the healing process, enabling the
tissues to throw off accumulated pus.
Black Walnut Leaves.....A source of natural iodine. Has
antiseptic, antifungal, and antiparasitic properties. Helps to protect damaged
tissues from infections while thery are vulnerable.
In a infusion of:
Olive Oil.....Contains Vitamin-F (Unsaturated Fatty Acids) which
helps regenerate the skin, and also combines with protein and cholesterol to
form the living membranes which hold the body's cells together. Important for
tissue respiration.
Beeswax.....A pure, nonallergenic base which helps protect the
skin.
